Customers must send us their cancellation request by emailing us at info@hola.ae with their order number which they want to cancel.
Once the cancellation email request is received by us and if the order has not gone into processing yet then we will approve the cancellation request.
Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depending on the issuing bank of the credit / debit card.
